We are a community-centered behavioral health, substance abuse, and re-entry housing program dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate into society. We proudly serve individuals returning from incarceration, as well as those experiencing homelessness, and veterans who are facing housing instability.
Our mission is to provide safe, structured housing alongside comprehensive support services, including life skills training, employment assistance, and access to mental health and wellness resources. Through a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, we empower individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and purpose.
We are committed to breaking cycles of mental instability, drug addiction, homelessness and recidivism by creating pathways to independence and long-term success within the community.
